CANCELLATION POLICY

We value your business and respect our customers time. We ask that you adhere to the studios policies. We have a strict cancellation no show policy. Should you need to reschedule or cancel we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance for us to be able to fill that space. Any cancellations and/or rescheduling less than 24 hours are liable for half of the services booked. Any no-shows will be charged the full amount of services booked.

Services- please note not everyone’s results will be the same. Services including prepaid series packages are non-refundable

RETURN POLICY

All products unopened and unused may be returned within 30 days of initial purchase for a full refund of amount paid. All shipping charges related to the approved return are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees paid on initial purchase are not eligible for refunds.
